Ladipo Leonard is the Founder and President of the Sow N Grow Foundation. Since 2016 she has worked diligently to not only provide quality and attainable opportunities to her own children but also to the many families throughout Georgia. Ladipo has a rich background in music, graphic, and web design. She is a wife and mother of 5 lovely girls and 1 baby boy. Her mission is to empower parents and guardians to actively sow seeds of exponential growth for now and the future.

Ms. LaQuinda Johnson, the Clark Atlanta University graduate has dedicated fourteen years in the classroom forming scholars in education amongst the Miami-Dade and Atlanta communities, and has also served as a mentor, Teacher Leader, Department Chair, Reading Specialist and GEEARS Ambassador. Her impressive background includes Teacher Leadership Endorsement, a State of Georgia Professional Certificate for English (Grades 6-12), Gifted Endorsement, and TESOL accreditation. She is the proud homeschooling mother of a vibrant, seven year-old vending boss (entrepreneur).
LaQuinda is passionate about her career. With the success of future generations at the core of her concerns, she loves nothing more than to contribute to the improvement of education and its leaders.

Laura is a woman of faith who loves the Lord and her family. She is an accomplished wife, mother of 5, and an ordained minister.
She is also a Virtual Administrative Assistant, Personal advocate, and Certified parent education and enrichment facilitator with a passion for reaching children with different learning styles.
Laura is a community leader, with an unwavering commitment to community service and professional volunteerism.
She is a talented musician, artist, crafter, and the proud owner of “Laura, Unlimited”, a virtual administrative assistance service.
As a dedicated Homeschool Educator, Laura uses the popular FunSchooling method, which has proven to be effective for her child with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
In summary, Laura is a woman of many talents and a servant’s heart with a passion for helping others.
